JHBC WHARF OPERATIONS

JHBC Port Operations is a joint venture with Kevjon Civil of Singleton. We are contracted on a regular basis to load magnetite from vessels at Kooragang wharves. This product is delivered to Kara Mineral’s shed on Kooragang Island for delivery out to coal preparation plants throughout the Hunter Valley and beyond.

We are also involved with sending shipments of sand to the Philippines. JHBC/Kevjon are contracted to receive the sand trucked from Williamtown/Anna Bay suppliers and then deliver to the ships at no less than 500 tonnes/hour, for loading into the holds.
